The purpose of this self-evaluation is to provide you with an extremely in-depth self-analysis of where you are at this moment in time with regards to the mental aspects of swimming. It covers everything from how you mentally approach competition, to what you focus on in meets or training, to how you cope with the results that you experience.

By completing this mental swimming self-evaluation, you will have a perfectly clear understanding as to what your mental strengths are, the areas where you need to improve the most, and what you need to do to become a mentally well-rounded swimmer moving forward.

Once you complete the self-evaluation, you will email it to me. I will then review your self-evaluation and email you back a report on your self-evaluation that will give you a general overview on the areas where you are doing well, the areas where you need to do better, and most importantly, exactly what you need to do to improve those areas so that you can work on them going forward.
