Whether it’s a specific issue related to the mental side of your swimming performance that you need help resolving, or whether you’re just interested in learning more about the mental aspects of swimming so that you can improve yourself and gain an edge over your competition, this service will provide for you the mental tools, strategies, methodologies, approaches, and skills necessary to become the mentally strong and proficient swimmer you need to be at the competitive level and beyond.

Each individual session will be 1 hour in length and will be conducted over Skype Video Call or Discord Video Call, whichever medium you prefer or is more easily available to you. You may also schedule your sessions however you like. You can do one session per week, or you can schedule them around the various meets you have throughout your season, however you want to do it!
